Who do you typically work with?
Founder-led and PE-backed technology and services companies, roughly 50 to 1,000 people: managed service providers (MSPs), IT services and software outsourcing firms, and SaaS companies whose delivery has outgrown spreadsheets and heroics. I also step in as interim Head of PMO for larger organizations.
You're based in Belgrade. How does that work with US clients?
I have worked with US, UK and EU leadership teams for over a decade. I keep a standing overlap with US Eastern hours every working day, run the cadence on video, and travel on-site for kick-offs, workshops and leadership summits when it matters.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement is quoted up front as a fixed fee or a monthly retainer, so there are no surprise hourly bills. The usual first step is a 2-week PMO Health Check, and its fee is credited if you continue to a 90-Day PMO Launch. After a 15-minute call I send a written proposal with scope and price within three days.
Fractional, interim or full-time: which do I need?
Fractional fits when you need senior PMO ownership but not 40 hours a week of it. Interim fits when you need someone in the seat full-time while you hire or through a critical period. If you ultimately want a permanent Head of PMO, I can help you design the role, hire, and hand over.
Do you bring your own tools?
No lock-in. I work in what you already use (Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday) and only recommend new tooling when the process is already working.
Can you really get us certified for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or ISO 42001?
I have led SOC 2 Type II and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications with zero major nonconformities, and an ISO/IEC 42001 AI management system implementation. Certification itself is issued by an independent auditor or certification body; my job is to make sure you are ready, with the evidence to prove it.
How do you use AI without creating new risk?
Every agent gets an owner, a defined scope, human review where it matters, logging, and a place in your risk register. That is exactly what ISO/IEC 42001 asks for, so the PMO's own AI becomes evidence of good governance rather than a liability.
How do we contract?
