Hi, I'm Vlad.
I build Project Management Offices that actually run, and I've done it in very different places: a fast-growing US managed services provider, an 850-person IT services company, a 250-person industrial subsidiary where I was General Manager, and global government programs for national ID and ePassports.
The pattern is always the same. Governance first, so the right work starts and the wrong work stops. Then people, because a PMO is only as good as the project managers it supports. Then automation and AI, so those people spend their time on delivery instead of status reports. And compliance built in, not bolted on.
I'm based in Belgrade, Serbia, and work with leadership teams in the US, UK and EU, with daily overlap with US Eastern hours.
