What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company and message. We use them only to reply and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. The legal basis is your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

What we don't collect

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics. The self-assessments run entirely in your browser; your answers are never sent to us.

Retention and sharing

Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. We don't sell or share your data. Our web hosting provider (Orion Telekom, Serbia) and email provider (Google Workspace) process data on our behalf.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection or with your local supervisory authority under the GDPR.
